Lost or damaged packages must be reported to the carrier. The artist does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. The artist takes great care in packaging to prevent damage. Any transit damages must be formally filed with the delivery company. The artist is not responsible for carrier delays and will not refund for late deliveries. International customers may incur additional customs, duties, and import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees cannot be estimated by the artist, so please consider this when placing international orders (The artist is from Belgium). If something goes missing or is not delivered, please contact the artist and the postal service. The artist will always try his best to help. If you provide incorrect shipping details and don’t correct them before shipment, you are responsible for the lost parcel.
